Alaska - deer couldn't live here because they wouldn't have any grass just snow. Missouri - penguins they couldn't live here because we hardly have any snoow not enough water with fish in it to feed.

In Alaska there is lots of snow and it makes it harder for animals to find food. In Missouri the weather changes and the snow goes away in the spring and that is why you never see Polar Bears in Missouri.

1. We think that an abiotic factor would be the weather, because if you put an alligator in Alaska,it would be freezing because the alligator would be use to the warm and humid weather, but in Alaska it would be freezing.

One of the abiotic factors of Alaska is that it is really cold. That could cause the organisms that live in Alaska to grow allot of fur. They would have to eat a lot of food so they could grow enough fat just to stay warm.

1. There is no grass in Alaska because it is really cold and there is always snow on the ground there. There is a lot of grass in Missouri because we rarely have snow accept for in the winter.

The temperature is one of the biggest things that could affect an organism because if you put a polar bear in Missouri, it would not be able to survive because of the heavy temperature change. Also if you put a crocodile in Alaska it would die because of the water it is freezing cold and it wouldn’t be able to survive thru the below zero winter and may not know how to catch their pray for food. 2. Kameron- Alaska because they have polar bears and they fight all the time because there is little food and they struggle when the ice starts to melt. The ice is their hunting ground because their pray lives under and on the ice. During the summer the ice starts to break and when that happens the polar bears have to wait until the ice starts to freeze back together then they can eat. Audrey- with all the small animals hiding and hibernating this is troubling to all the other animals and when they are hungry they will fight and kill for their food. Especially in the winter and beginning of spring the animals are very violent, dangerous, and unpredictable. 3. Kameron- Alaska, because you would get to feel the different things than before. The reason I would choose Alaska is because to me you would get to see more of the world because it is a new environment and there are new sights and new everything because of the temperature. Audrey- Missouri because in the summer in Alaska there is daylight almost all the time and I don’t think I could sleep. Also, I hate the cold and I would hate the winters there, plus bears can be in your own backyard and I really don’t want a bear next to my house.

1. An abiotic factor could affect the organisms living in Alaska because the snow is an abiotic factor and if it melts Alaska would be totally different from what it is now. If the snow melted all the cold animals would freak out and maybe die because it would not be as cold. An abiotic factor could affect Missouri also. If there where no woods/forests in Missouri the woodland animals would have no place for them to hide and then small creatures like rabbits and squirrels would not have as many places to hide and they might be eaten. Then the small woodland critters would go instinct in Missouri because they would get eaten.

1.It would afect someone living in alaska to come here because if they came here it would be sunny and they would get used to it being sunny then when they went back to alaska it would be dark and be colder to. It would afect a american to go there because we are used to being warm in the summer and sort of cold in the winter but when they go there in the winter it is super cold and in the summer they would still freeze.
